The City of Gardner is located in North Central Massachusetts. It is governed by a Mayor and City Council. Gardner is celebrating its 240th birthday in 2025. We call this project undertaken by Gardner Magazine, “The Fiscal 6 Project.” The focus is to document why Gardner got to where it is after 5 years of unprecedented positive change.
